Dr. Kemper is the Division Chief of Primary Care Pediatrics at Nationwide Children’s Hospital and Professor of Pediatrics at the Ohio State University College of Medicine.  Dr. Kemper serves as the Chair of the Evidence Review Workgroup for the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services Advisory Committee on Heritable Disorders in Newborns and Children and is the Deputy Editor of Pediatrics. 

Ritu Banerjee, MD, PhD, FAAP

Dr. Ritu Banerjee is Professor in the Division of Pediatric Infectious Diseases at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and the Director of the Pediatric Antimicrobial Stewardship Program at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital. In addition to being an active clinician, Dr. Banerjee conducts NIH and CDC-funded clinical research about antibiotic stewardship, implementation and outcomes of rapid blood culture diagnostics, and interventions to combat antibiotic-resistant organisms, often in international settings. She is a member of many national committees through the Pediatric Infectious Diseases Society, the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Infectious Diseases Society of America, and the Antibacterial Resistance Leadership Group of NIH.
