Dr. Alex Kemper is the Division Chief of Primary Care Pediatrics at Nationwide Children’s Hospital and Professor of Pediatrics at the Ohio State University College of Medicine. Dr. Kemper serves as the Chair of the Evidence Review Workgroup for the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services Advisory Committee on Heritable Disorders in Newborns and Children and is the editor-in-chief of Pediatrics. 

Allison Empey, MD, FAAP

Dr. Allison Empey is an associate professor and general pediatrician at Oregon Health and Science University. She is the past chair of the AAP Committee on Native American Child Health. Her professional interests include newborn care, Native American child health, community engagement and mentorship for underrepresented in medicine learners.
