Dr. Kemper is the Division Chief of Primary Care Pediatrics at Nationwide Children’s Hospital and Professor of Pediatrics at the Ohio State University College of Medicine. Dr. Kemper serves as the Chair of the Evidence Review Workgroup for the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services Advisory Committee on Heritable Disorders in Newborns and Children and is the Deputy Editor of PEDIATRICS.

Dr. Rowe is a Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. His clinical interests and research for the last 25 years have focused on medical conditions characterized by chronic fatigue. His work has focused on the pathophysiology of symptoms associated with myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS), including the overlaps of orthostatic intolerance, joint hypermobility/Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, and adverse biomechanical strain. He has directed the Chronic Fatigue Clinic at the Johns Hopkins Children’s Center since 1996, where he is the inaugural recipient of the Sunshine Natural Wellbeing Foundation Chair in Chronic Fatigue and Related Disorders.
