Rachel Moon, MD, FAAP, is the Harrison Distinguished Teaching Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Virginia School of Medicine. She is the associate editor of digital media for the journal Pediatrics. 

Bobbi Byrne, MD, FAAP

Bobbi J. Byrne, MD, FAAP, is Professor of Clinical Pediatrics, Section of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine and Vice Chair for Education, Department of Pediatrics at Indiana University School of Medicine. She is an attending neonatologist at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis. Nationally Bobbi is chair of the AAP's Longitudinal Study of Pediatricians Project Advisory Committee. She is also the current cochair of the AAP NRP Steering Committee. Her educational interest is in simulation-based medical education as well as delivery room resuscitation, and she is the Director of the Neonatal Resuscitation Program and Outreach Education.  

Gary L. Freed, MD, MPH, FAAP

Gary L. Freed MD, MPH, FAAP, is the Percy and Mary Murphy professor of Pediatrics in the School of Medicine and professor of Health Management and Policy in the School of Public Health at the University of Michigan (UM). He serves as Associate Chair for Government Relations in the Department of Pediatrics and the Director of Research for the Office for Health Equity and Inclusion in the Medical School. Dr. Freed founded the first pediatric health services research center in the U.S. He has been the principal investigator of numerous grants on child health policy and health economics, immunizations, health care quality measurement, health inequities, physician behavior and the medical workforce and published over 325 peer-reviewed articles in the medical literature.
