Rachel Moon, MD, FAAP, is the Harrison Distinguished Teaching Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Virginia School of Medicine. She is the associate editor of digital media for the journal Pediatrics.

Natasha Sriraman, MD, MPH, FAAP, FABM

Guest

Dr. Sriraman, MD, MPH, FAAP, FABM is a mother, wife, board-certified academic pediatrician and an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Eastern Virginia Medical School-Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters. She is also faculty in the Department of EVMS OB-Gyn at the Center for Maternal & Child Health and Advocacy.

In addition to seeing patients, she teaches medical students and residents. She has an MPH from the University of Pittsburgh and has designed curriculum for both public health and breastfeeding training within pediatrics.

In the AAP, she currently serves as Equity, Diversity, Inclusion (EDI) Champion and has previously served on the Section of Breastfeeding. She is currently the Vice-President of the Virginia AAP Chapter and is the Honorary Chair of Postpartum Support Virginia.
