Announcements
- New York Health Home State Plan Amendment
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services approved New York's fifth health home State Plan Amendment (SPA), which comes into effect October 2016. The SPA focuses on pediatric populations and expands health home eligibility criteria to children with serious emotional disturbance or complex trauma. New York is also considering 15 new pediatric-specific quality measures for their health home program.

- Adirondack Regional Medical Home Pilot Statewide Patient-Centered Medical Home Project
New York is implementing a statewide and regional program that supports practices recognized as medical homes and serves children insured through Medicaid and the Children's Health Insurance Program.
