The Child Health Improvement through Longitudinal Data (CHILD) Registry is expanding the Pilot Program and requesting interested primary care organizations to submit an interest form by August 1, 2022.

As the only longitudinal clinical data registry for all infants, children, and adolescents in the United States, this registry has the potential to substantially accelerate advances in child health and improve outcomes for children. The CHILD Registry™ anticipates providing reliable data to track the trajectory of children’s health and development from birth into adulthood.

Please contact CHILD Registry™ staff if you have any questions.
