International Group Registration Guidelines International Attendees FAQ's

The American Academy of Pediatrics will be hosting the 2025 National Conference & Exhibition, September 26 - 30 in Denver, CO. 

International Group Registration is open for the registration of medical professionals, including AAP member physicians, non-member physicians and allied health professionals.

Group Coordinators and/or sponsoring organizations can register their international groups.

***ATTENTION*** 
Group Coordinators that have registered International groups for the AAP National Conference in the past, have been sent a Full Conference group registration, pre-assigned Invoice ID/# via registration email announcement on Friday, May 2, 2025 from NCEInternational@aap.org.  This Invoice ID/# can be used for the first 2025 NCE International Group Registration. If you require an additional invoice for a Virtual or Full Conference registration, please request another invoice for each group at Invoice ID/#. 

Register Now!

1. Complete an Invoice ID/# request for groups of five (5)or more participants.
2. Receive your Invoice ID/# via email from NCEInternational@aap.org. We will send you an Invoice ID/# within 72 hours of receipt for your request.
3. Download the International Group Attendee List grid
   • Full Conference ENGLISH
   • Full Conference SPANISH
   • Virtual-Only ENGLISH
   • Virtual-Only SPANISH
4. Save your selected International Group Attendee List grid, once it is completely filled with all the required information. The final excel version should be saved to your computer, named as the Invoice ID/# that was sent to you.
5. Submit your international group attendee list and payment.

Credit Card

• Invoice ID/# and payment are required.
• Upload completed Attendee List file at Click here (English) or Click here (Espanol).
• Provide credit card payment.
• AAP Registration will only charge the amount necessary for registration fees and will contact you  if there are any adjustments in  fees. 

Bank Wire Transfer

• Invoice ID/# and payment are required.
• Click here to receive instructions on how to submit your Bank Wire payment. 
  
  Subject Line must read: 2025 NCE International Group Registration Bank    Wire – Group Name, Group Country - Invoice ID/# XXXXXX (provide invoice ID/# sent to you)
  
• Receive instructions from NCEInternational@aap.org.
• Process bank wire transfer.
• Receive transmission confirmation from your bank.
• Follow up via reply to the email from NCEInternational@aap.org with bank wire payment instructions; submit the completed Attendee List file  and the transfer confirmation via attachments.
• AAP Registration will only charge the amount necessary for registration fees and will contact you if there are any adjustments in fees.

What's Next?

• Please allow 5-7 days for processing.
• Each participant will be registered individually and will receive instant confirmation via email.
• Once the group registration is complete, a final paid group invoice will be provided to Group Coordinators.

Want to Add Additional Participants to Your Group?

• For the registration of new participants to a group, five (5) or more, please follow the same international group registration protocol as above.
