Why voters should choose you

Surgical care of children has become incredibly complex with access as a significant barrier. I see myself as a champion of equitable surgical care at the local and national level; as an advocate for innovations to advance the highest quality, safe, compassionate, equitable, and multidisciplinary team-based surgical care for children and especially for our most vulnerable families.

An important part of being able to provide this care, is supporting each other. Health care trainees and providers are more burned-out than ever before. I strive to practice compassionate leadership, developing a culture of trust, support, belonging, and that all perspectives matter.
