Recent measles outbreaks have reminded everyone that this virus is still circulating in the world – and that it’s incredibly contagious. In a new public service announcement for March 2020, the American Academy of Pediatrics urges parents to protect their children against measles by getting the measles vaccine.

The 30-second PSA, “Protect Against Measles” is available in English with pediatrician Dr. Anita Chandra at https://digitalmedia.vnr1.com/2019/10/08/aap_psas_2020/.

The PSA is available in Spanish with pediatrician Dr. Andres Cotton at https://digitalmedia.com/AAP_2020_Spanish_PSAs/.

A series of PSAs will be offered for the calendar year 2020. For more information, contact AAP Public Affairs at commun@aap.org or 630-626-6877.
