Kathryn Leifheit, PhD, MSPH, is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine. She is a social epidemiologist who studies housing insecurity as a core determinant of health for children, families, and communities. Through her research, Dr. Leifheit aims to inform the design of housing policies that promote health and health equity.
