Nathan T. Chomilo, MD, FAAP, is Medical Director for the State of Minnesota’s Medicaid & MinnesotaCare programs and practices as a General Pediatrician and an Internal Medicine Hospitalist with Park Nicollet Health Services/HealthPartners. He is currently the Interim Policy and Advocacy Workgroup Chair for the American Academy of Pediatrics Section on Minority Health Equity and Inclusion. He serves on the boards of the MN chapter of the AAP and Reach Out and Read Minnesota, is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Minnesota Medical School and is a co-founder of the organization Minnesota Doctors for Health Equity (MDHEQ).

Mike Pitt, MD, is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Minnesota. A winner of multiple teaching awards, Dr. Pitt speaks across the country with a primary focus of improving the way medical providers communicate with each other and their patients. As an award-winning professional magician, he has performed all over the world and has taught more than 3,000 pediatricians how to think like a magician at the bedside to improve rapport and increase diagnostic yield.
