Dr. McFadden is a General Pediatrician and Professor of Pediatrics at Emory University School of Medicine. She is Interim Chief of General Pediatrics and Director of Clinical Initiatives at PARTNERS for Equity in Child and Adolescent Health and enjoys seeing patients and teaching residents and students. She is Past President of the Ga Chapter and serves on national and chapter committees and councils. She is past chair of the Georgia Board of Healthcare Workforce and is active on several community boards. Her professional interests include two-generation approaches to care, health equity, early literacy/early brain development, injury prevention, and school-based health.
Marsha Spitzer, MD, FAAP

Dr. Marsha Spitzer is a practicing general pediatrician and Chief of Pediatrics at Family Health Centers of San Diego, a large Federally Qualified Health Center system. She holds a voluntary clinical appointment with UC San Diego and precepts both pediatric and family medicine residents. Dr Spitzer is a past Chapter President for AAP California Chapter 3 and the immediate past Chair of the AAP Chapter Forum Management Committee. She is the Medical Director of Reach Out and Read San Diego and serves as Chief of Pediatrics at Scripps Mercy Hospital.
