Pooja S. Tandon, MD, MPH, FAAP

Dr. Pooja Sarin Tandon is a general pediatrician and researcher at the Seattle Children’s Research Institute and Associate Professor at the University of Washington. Dr. Tandon attended Brown University for undergraduate and medical school and completed residency training at the Boston Combined Program in Pediatrics. She completed a general pediatrics research fellowship and a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree at the University of Washington. Her research interests include promoting healthy behaviors (such as physical activity and outdoor time) and child health equity. Her research funders include the American Heart Association, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the National Institutes of Health.

Mersine Bryan, MD, MPH, FAAP

Dr. Mersine Bryan is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Hospital Medicine at the University of Washington. She practices clinically at Seattle Children’s Hospital and enjoys working with families to provide high-value inpatient care to hospitalized children. Her primary research interest is to improve care for hospitalized children through the translation of evidence-based interventions into clinical practice, including providing catchup vaccines to hospitalized children.
