Dr. Kemper is the Division Chief of Primary Care Pediatrics at Nationwide Children’s Hospital and Professor of Pediatrics at the Ohio State University College of Medicine. Dr. Kemper serves as the Chair of the Evidence Review Workgroup for the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services Advisory Committee on Heritable Disorders in Newborns and Children and is the Deputy Editor of PEDIATRICS.
Rachel Alinsky, MD, MPH, FAAP

Dr. Alinsky is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine with a joint appointment in the Department of Population, Family and Reproductive Health at the Bloomberg School of Public Health. She provides primary and subspecialty care for adolescents and young adults, including substance use disorder treatment as part of a multidisciplinary adolescent addiction clinic. Her research focuses on health services and policy research on access to addiction treatment for adolescents and young adults with opioid use disorder, and she is passionate about reducing stigma against individuals with substance use disorders with the goal of creating a more welcoming and respectful medical environment.
