Diana Montoya-Williams, MD, FAAP

Dr. Diana Montoya-Williams is a neonatologist at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), a physician-scientist at CHOP’s PolicyLab and an assistant professor of pediatrics at the University of Pennsylvania’s Perelman School of Medicine. Dr. Montoya-Williams studies racial and ethnic inequities in maternal and infant health outcomes, including a focus on policies that impact immigrant families in the U.S. She co-leads the Health Equity Research Methods Initiative at CHOP. 

Kate E. Wallis, MD, MPH, FAAP

Dr. Kate E. Wallis is a developmental-behavioral pediatrician (DBP) at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and an assistant professor of pediatrics at the University of Pennsylvania’s Perelman School of Medicine. As a clinician, Dr. Wallis helps care for children with developmental disabilities. Dr. Wallis is also a health equity researcher who seeks to improve the early identification of and care for children with developmental disorders and autism. She is passionate about using research as a way to amplify the voices of people with lived experience to improve experiences and outcomes. Dr. Wallis is also passionate about mentorship and research training and improving the equity of clinical care and research conduct.
