Tracy McCallin, MD, FAAP is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics with Case Western Reserve University and an attending emergency medicine physician at Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital. She is also the Associate Chief Quality Officer for Education and the Pediatric Residency QI Director at Rainbow. She is a member of the AAP Council on Injury, Violence and Poison Prevention and co-authored the AAP revised policy statement and technical report on Prevention of Drowning in 2019 and 2021, respectively. She served as a sub-working group Co-chair on the U.S. National Water Safety Action Plan from 2020-2021. She also served as writing group Co-chair of the 2024 American Heart Association (AHA) and AAP Focused Update on Special Circumstances: Resuscitation Following Drowning.
Devlynne Sasha Ondusko, MD, FAAP

Dr. Devlynne Sasha Ondusko is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics, Neonatology at Oregon Health & Science University. Dr. Ondusko is an Associate Program Director of the Pediatrics Residency Program, the physician lead for the NICU Language Appropriate Trauma Informed Care group, Co-Chair of the Health Equity in the NICU Rounds, and a member of the Department of Pediatrics Diversity Committee. Dr. Ondusko's research and career focuses are on identifying health and healthcare-generated inequities, understanding the driving forces, and working on mitigation.
