Sean O’Leary, MD, MPH, FAAP, is a Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Colorado School of Medicine and Children’s Hospital Colorado, a pediatric infectious diseases specialist, an investigator at ACCORDS (Adult and Child Consortium for Outcomes Research and Delivery Science), and the Director of the Colorado Children’s Outcomes Network (COCONet), Colorado’s pediatric practice-based research network. Dr. O’Leary is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) Council on School Health and serves as the Vice Chair of the Committee on Infectious Diseases (the Red Book Committee) for the AAP. He also serves as the liaison to the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) for the Pediatric Infectious Diseases Society, and currently represents the AAP on ACIP’s COVID-19 Vaccine Work Group.

Maya Ragavan, MD, MPH, MS

Dr. Maya Ragavan is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of General Academic Pediatrics at the University of Pittsburgh and Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC. She received her medical training at Northwestern University School of Medicine, completed pediatrics residency from Stanford University, and completed a General Academic Pediatrics fellowship from Boston Medical Center. Her mission is to use community-partnered, mixed-methods research to promote health equity, with a particular focus on immigrant and refugee communities. Her work has spanned multiple topics including supporting survivors of intimate partner violence and adolescent relationship abuse (ARA), preventing ARA through parent engagement, promoting COVID-19 vaccine equity, and developing culturally affirming practices for pediatric settings.

Will Okoniewski, MD

Dr. Will Okoniewski is a Pediatrics Intern at the Lehigh Valley Reilly Children's Hospital and a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He has strong interests in clinical research, teaching, and eliminating disparities in health and education. Much of his research has focused on children with asthma or cystic fibrosis, and he intends to pursue fellowship training in Pediatric Pulmonology. He plans to explore ways to make care for patients with asthma more accessible and equitable.
