Aap.org Content Migration
- Created a user interface design for the Center of Excellence on Social Media and Youth Mental Health project to provide a centralized location for information about social media platforms and available settings and tools for families to optimize children and teens' experiences online.

- Provided post go-live support for roster administration (Advisor/Admin Assignment, Request Invoice, Manage Admins) that was migrated to aap.org 3/6/24.
- PREP Self-Assessment Reports
- Finished building the back end services needed to send report data to the user interface for display to the user.

- Search
- As part of a proof of concept of a tool being considered as the replacement for the AAP Search software that is being phased out, worked on a search page that uses the aap.org design standards, provides a search box and chatbot that can search Redbook Online content.
- Transcripts
- Analyzed the data archival process for transcripts data for how much history should be in the live system, in the reporting cube, and deleted.

- Continued requirements gathering, creating possible user flows for the Center of Excellence on Social Media and Youth Mental Health to create a centralized location for information about social media platforms and available settings and tools for families to optimize children and teens' experiences online.

- Provided post go-live support for roster administration (Advisor/Admin Assignment, Request Invoice, Manage Admins) that was migrated to aap.org 3/6/24.
- Continued training program coordinators to use this new page.
- Worked on changes to ensure roster upload notification emails to program coordinators correctly list which trainee records were not uploaded in situations where some unexpected characters were in the trainee record in the upload file (e.g., non-breaking space). Also updated the logic to reduce the chances of error by stripping off those types of characters from the beginning/end of those fields.
- PREP Self-Assessment Reports
- Continued building the back end services needed to send report data to the user interface for display to the user.
- Continued building the front end user interface to display, print, and export to CSV the assessment summary data for 2022, 2023, and 2024 PREP Self-Assessments for residency programs.

- Launched change to the back end Content Management System that allows staff to mark pages/folders to be kept out of the search index and have that setting cascade down to all pages/folders underneath.
- Launched a change for URLs that go to pre-filtered AAP Search results.

- Completed testing of a change to cascade the indexing settings of folders and pages to pages and folders added underneath.

- Launched the change that ensures “shopAAP” will show up alongside product titles in google search results to better identify them in google searches and help with analytics.
- Tested the recommended courses content placeholder in the live environment with various product filters. Found issues to fix before we roll it out on the PediaLink pages.
- Pulled all vendors together to jointly assess a periodic performance issue with the aap.org site that can affect shopAAP transactions.

- Investigated why certain members were not appearing in Find a Pediatrician and updated their address types to get them to show.

- Launched the ability to add an Age Range filter.
- Planned rest of work for building an appealing banner that can feature 2-3 resources and visually emphasize resources upon mouse hover over on desktop.
- Upgraded the aap.org site with the newest version of the Forms component.
- Deployed remaining work needed so that the team can conduct an evaluation period for the Tobacco Cessation Progressive Web app (to get feedback and identify enhancements, issues).

- In the user’s Library, moved the hyperlink to the shopAAP product page that is on the product Title down lower on the tile. This should reduce confusion for the user clicking on that link thinking they are going to the product content as opposed to the product purchase page on shopAAP. Ideally, it will make it clear that the way to go to the content is the Open button.
- Re-enabled abandoned cart emails.
- Fix to prevent user from adding more than one quantity to the cart for products with digital components.
- Ability to add a direct link in email communications from AAP that loads all subscription and membership renewal invoices into the cart after the user clicks the link and logs in.
