• Continued requirements gathering, creating possible user flows for the Center of Excellence on Social Media and Youth Mental Health to create a centralized location for information about social media platforms and available settings and tools for families to optimize children and teens' experiences online.
• Worked on mockups for organizing the membership join page and AAP sections / councils areas of Community in ways that make them simpler to navigate (more topic-based than group-name based).

• After the 8/8/23 launch of the new shopAAP at https://www.aap.org/en/shopaap, continued providing post go-live support.
• Launched the following changes and fixes…
  • Change to support One-Day registration for the National Conference & Exhibition.
  • Fix to the recommended courses content placeholder to filter out discontinued products.
  • Fix for pushing package item links properly to the product pages on the site when a package is activated.
  • Fix for ensuring faceted search links used on shopAAP pages give the user a correct search results page instead of blank results.
• Worked on a fix for a particular product where the credit amount was showing incorrectly on the site.

  • In the user’s Library, moved the hyperlink to the shopAAP product page that is on the product Title down lower on the tile. This should reduce confusion for the user clicking on that link thinking they are going to the product content as opposed to the product purchase page on shopAAP. Ideally, it will make it clear that the way to go to the content is the Open button.
  • Re-enabled abandoned cart emails.
  • Fix to prevent user from adding more than one quantity to the cart for products with digital components.
  • Ability to add a direct link in email communications from AAP that loads all subscription and membership renewal invoices into the cart after the user clicks the link and logs in.
